The shop began at a single counter in Bandar Sri Permaisuri, filling orders for neighbourhood cooks and, increasingly, for the cafés and caterers around Cheras and the city centre.
Rather than chase a large catalogue, we keep a tight range we can actually hold in stock — around twenty‑five lines across six categories — and grow it only when a product proves itself in a real kitchen.
