Please do not send bank-card or full bank-account details through an email enquiry — payment arrangements are always confirmed directly, never collected through the website.
Shopping-cart information
Your cart is stored locally in your web browser, using its localStorage (key mrk_cart_v1), so items and quantities stay available as you move between pages and return visits. The cart is not transmitted to us automatically — at online checkout, your name, email, phone number, delivery details and order amount are sent to our payment provider AXAIPAY to process your payment (we do not see or store your card or bank login details), and otherwise it is only sent to us when you email an order summary. You can remove individual items, clear the cart, or clear your browser storage at any time.
