Submitting the cart or checkout on this website sends an order enquiry only — it does not reserve stock or take payment. Fulfilment (collection or delivery), pricing and timing are confirmed directly once we review your order.
Order review and confirmation
After we receive your enquiry, we check availability of each MRK code and quantity requested, confirm the total in Malaysian Ringgit, and agree your chosen fulfilment method. Processing begins once price and payment are confirmed.
Collection from our Kuala Lumpur counter
Retail and trade customers may collect orders from F‑02‑40, Kompleks Q, Jalan Dwitasik 1, Bandar Sri Permaisuri, 56000 Kuala Lumpur, by arrangement. We will confirm a collection time once your order and payment are settled.
Delivery within Malaysia
We arrange delivery within Klang Valley directly, and further afield within Malaysia through courier or transport partners. Delivery availability, lead time and cost for a particular address depend on distance, order size and carrier coverage, and are quoted per order.
Delivery estimates and charges
Estimated dispatch and delivery times vary with stock, destination, order volume and carrier conditions, and are given in good faith rather than as a guaranteed date. Delivery charges are calculated by destination, weight and the number of cartons, and are confirmed before your order is finalised.
Packaging
Cookware, glassware and ceramics are packed to withstand normal handling in transit. Please still inspect items promptly on arrival, as detailed under our Refund & Return Policy.
Receiving and checking an order
Whether you collect or receive delivery, check the carton count and item condition before or immediately after accepting the order. Report shortages, breakage or an incorrect item within 72 hours, with your order reference and photographs where relevant.
Delays outside our control
Weather, traffic, courier disruption and public holidays can affect collection times and delivery estimates. Where a delay is significant, we will let you know as soon as we are aware of it.
