These terms govern use of the Madam Roz Kitchenware website and any enquiry or order sent through it. By using the website, you agree to these terms. Additional terms may be agreed in a quotation for a wholesale or carton order.
Website information
We aim to give clear product names, MRK codes, photographs and prices in Malaysian Ringgit. Colours and finishes can vary slightly with screen settings and lighting, and stated dimensions are approximate. Information may be corrected or updated without notice.
Cart, checkout and order acceptance
Adding an item to the cart or submitting checkout creates an order enquiry only. It does not reserve stock, take payment or form an accepted order. An order proceeds only once Madam Roz Kitchenware Sdn. Bhd. confirms availability, the final price, fulfilment method (collection or delivery) and payment arrangements.
Prices and payment
Prices shown on the website are in Malaysian Ringgit, per piece, unless stated otherwise for a carton listing. Payment is made online at checkout through AXAIPAY (FPX, e-wallet or card). Your order is accepted once payment succeeds, before collection or dispatch. Delivery charges are additional and quoted per order. We may correct an obvious pricing error before accepting an order.
Retail and wholesale orders
Retail customers may order any item individually. Restaurants, cafés, caterers and resellers may request carton (wholesale) pricing by sending the MRK codes and quantities they need; carton rates are quoted separately from single-piece retail prices and may carry their own minimum quantities.
Product codes and selections
Each product carries an MRK code so that an order, and any later re-order, stays unambiguous. Please check the code, size and quantity before confirming an order, as we fulfil orders against the codes given.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse this website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, introduce harmful code, or use its content in a misleading or infringing way.
Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the website design, written content, brand mark and product photography are owned by or licensed to Madam Roz Kitchenware Sdn. Bhd. and may not be reproduced for commercial use without permission.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website, an unaccepted enquiry, or delays outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes any right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under Malaysian law.
